Cancellation Policy
Clients are asked to arrive no more that 5 minutes before their appointment time. There is a 5 minute grace period for tardiness. After 5 minutes clients will incur a $10 inconvenience fee. If you are not sitting in the chair by the 10 minute mark your appointment will be cancelled and your card will be charged full price.If for any reason you need to cancel please do so by going back to your confirmation email and clicking "reschedule." Rescheduling the same day will be considered a same day cancellation so please reschedule no less than 48 hours before appointment to avoid. Same day cancellations and no call no shows will be charged in full! Last minute rescheduling is still considered a cancellation and will be charged full price.
